COMMENTS: Business didn't get started until late this afternoon, with
Southern live deals marked at $212 to $213 (mostly $213 in TX and $212 in
TX), $2 to $3 higher than last week's weighted averages. Northern dressed
trade was very light, IA biz had a range of $335 to $342, steady to $7 higher
than last week's weighted average. At the time of this close NE didn't have
enough dressed deals to establish an accurate trend. If more trade develops
later this afternoon, updates will be posted below.
16:05 - A few $342 dressed bids are now on the table in parts of Nebraska.
16:50 - Some light trade is developing in the North at $342 to $343, $5 to $6
higher than last week's weighted averages.
